We promote employee well-being, safety at work, and competence development. We pay attention to consistent management and equal treatment. This enables us to create best conditions for work and development.
Our success is supported by enthusiastic and highly motivated employees. We focus on maintaining a positive, innovative and agile corporate culture. Every other year, a well-being survey takes place to map out the main areas for development. The goal is to achieve AAA results by 2030. In order to develop employees’ competencies, we organize and facilitate participation in various training sessions.
